Human Resource Development wing of ESAF aims at developing Human Resource potential through Employment Information Service. For this purpose the company has started ESAF Center for Excellence in 2005. Since then this wing has trained more than 1600 employees, sharpened their skills and made them capable enough to contribute in different ways to the society. The role of training is inevitable for upgrading capacity, quality maintenance, and standardization. Instead of merely providing training we aim at excelling our staff to the level of high quality professionals. Our training is a series of programs that starts with Induction Training, and there after various kinds of soft skill trainings will be provided to help them cope up with the pressures of the jobs.
