We believe that God has created all human beings with equal abilities. So all people deserve to enjoy healthy, productive lives. Our approach is driven by our guiding principle of creating opportunities for the poor. We have extended our arms to the most under-served areas in North India, for improving education and health and reducing extreme poverty. Our process is evolving as we get better at choosing strategies, making grants, measuring progress towards impact, and evaluating the results. We are committed to reporting what we are learning at key stages. Our basic process can be broken into four key stages: develop strategy, make grants, measure progress, and adjust strategy.
