Center for Excellence has been initiated in Songath, Tapi district of Gujarat with the aim to provide quality English coaching and skill development programme to the rural youths for better livelihood opportunities.

• Crash course (Summer course for students).
• Career Guidance (Students going for higher
  studies,Personality Development,Community Awareness Program).

Started in 2005, ESAF Center for Excellence has trained more than 1600 employees, sharpened their skills and made them capable enough to contribute in different ways to the society. The role of training is inevitable for upgrading capacity, quality maintenance, and standardization. Instead of merely providing training we aim at excelling our staff to the level of high quality professionals. Our training is a series of programs that starts with Induction Training, and there after various kinds of soft skill trainings will be provided to help them cope up with the pressures of the jobs.
