Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Project ( Jalanidhi / Jeevadhara)
Worked as Supporting Organization (SO) for World Bank aided Kerala Rural Water Supply and Sanitation ( WATSAN) projects, Jalanidhi and Empowerment Team (ET) for Royal Netherland Embassy supported WATSAN project, Jeevadhara in different Grama Panchayaths. The project was aiming the marginalized people in the rural area.
Working areas through projects are.
- Water supply to SHGs formed having minimum 30 house holds.
- Watershed management / Ground Water Management in the area for fertilizing natural resources.
- Sanitation to poor people. Promotion two pit latrine, soak pit & compost pit etc.
- Women empowerment through Women Development Initiative such as Agriculture, Commercial, Handicratfs, Self Financing etc.
- Panchayath strengthening, Improving Panchayath facilities.
